Competitions: Terms and conditions

Cornwall Wildlife Trust 2024 Annual Members Survey Competition:

1. The promoter is: Cornwall Trust for Nature Conservation Ltd whose registered office is at Five Acres, Allet, Truro, TR4 9DJ.
2. The competition is open to active Cornwall Wildlife Trust members only. 
3. The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner using a random number generator. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled. There will be one winner only.
4. Only one entry per person.
5. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.

7. Entrants must complete Cornwall Wildlife Trust's 2024 Members Survey and confirm all personal details in Question 21 by providing their name, address, email (if possible) and phone number. Failing to complete the survey and provide personal details will disqualify the entrant from entering. 
8. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.  
9. The competition opens on 12th February and closes on 1st May 2024. After this date, no further entries will be permitted.
10. The winner will be notified by email or phone. Please provide correct contact information.  
11. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
12. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
13. The winner agrees to the use of their name online and in any publicity material related to this competition. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
14. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of anything outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
15. The promoter of the competition is Cornwall Wildlife Trust. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated by Survey Monkey. You are providing your information to Cornwall Wildlife Trust and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found here.
