Spread Love, not Litter this February!
Every year, Cornwall Wildlife Trust encourages everyone to share their love for their environment in a series of coastal clean-ups around Valentine's Day. Love Your Beach 2025 is just around the corner! Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th February will bring the chance to join a Your Shore group to take action for nature. Beach cleans will be happening all over the county: is there one near you?
Saturday 15th February
Friends of Fowey Estuary will be at Readymoney Cove from 12pm
Newquay Marine Group will be walking along Towan Beach from 12pm
Bude Marine Group will at Crooklets Beach with #2minute Foundation at 12pm
Join Looe Marine Group from 12:30pm on Seaton Beach
Rame Peninsula Beach Care will be on one of the beaches along Whitsand Bay at 12pm (check their Facebook page for location)
Sunday 16th February
The Cornwall Wildlife Trust marine team will join St Ives Marine Group for a special Silent Disco Beach clean in St Ives Harbour at 12:30pm
Friends of Par Beach will be meeting at the beach hut from 11am
Mounts Bay Marine Group are holding their beach clean at Long Rock from 11am
At 11am you can join Perranporth Marine Group between the surf lifesaving hut and the Watering Hole.
Falmouth Marine Conservation will be getting their litter pickers out at Swanpool at 1pm

Polzeath Marine Conservation Group will be meeting at the Polzeath Marine Centre at 9:30am on Wednesday 12th February
St Agnes Marine Conservation will gather on Porthtowan from 10am on Friday 14th February to spread love for their beach!
The Your Shore Network
Set up by Cornwall Wildlife Trust, the Your Shore Network consists of 18 community-led marine conservation groups across the county who look after and shout about their wonderful marine wildlife. These hard-working and dedicated volunteer groups organise the events that make up our Love Your Beach Week programme.
