About the event

Stinkers Cove is a small beach next to Talland Bay. It often has a significant amount of litter washed up but given its remoteness, it’s often missed by beach cleaners.

Join Looe MCG in an effort to rid the beach of litter, and afterwards, for a chin wag and some cake at the Smugglers Rest Café. 

The Smugglers are offering again a ‘meal deal’ to beach-cleaners ie. a roll and pint/glass of wine for £10 for lunch, and/or tea & cake for £5 for after the beach clean. Also, they are offering parking for pickers!  All equipment is provided, all we ask is that you come along in suitable clothing and footwear. 

Meet at the Stinkers Cove NT car park.

Please note parking is kindly being made available opposite the NT car park (which is v small) at the Smugglers Rest Cafe (PL13 2JA).

Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. This is a FREE event but donations to Looe Marine Conservation Group are welcome.
