About the event

Join Cornwall Wildlife Trust's Your Shore team to find out about some tips and tricks on how to run an engaging marine conservation event.

From beach cleans to rockpool rambles, we'll be talking about the steps you need to take to put on a fun event for your local community.

This is an excellent opportunity for members of Your Shore groups who want to get more involved to learn about the practicalities of running public events as well as building the confidence to take on a leadership role.

Things we'll be covering:

· Ideas for types of events

· Promoting your event

· Logistics

· Health & Safety - risk assessments

· Briefing your participants

· Group discussion and Q&A

When: Thursday 12th December - 6:30pm

Where: Online - meeting details will be emailed the day before the session

Who: This event is aimed at Your Shore group members but we welcome anyone who is interested in getting involved in the Network or other CWT associated groups.

Cost: This event is completely FREE to attend. We look forward to seeing you there!
