About the event
A beautifully developed family garden, evolved over 40+ years, blending lawns, shrubberies, a vegetable garden, and orchard with views towards St Newlyn East. Divided by mixed shrub borders, the garden features wind-tolerant flowering plants, a 20-year-old orchard of traditional Cornish apple varieties, Kea plums, and a rabbit-fenced vegetable area with a polytunnel. Beyond the informal garden, the nine acre grounds include paddocks, woodland, and shelterbelts, home to horses and hens, as well as rare surviving mature elms. New additions for 2025 include a rose garden and a specimen shrub border.
