Following strong demand and customer feedback when trialed in 2019, Wilder Beef boxes are available to order now for November delivery.

Wilder Beef is a project to give farmers whose cattle graze our nature reserves a good, fair price for pasture-fed, locally reared and wildlife-friendly beef which is then sold to environmentally- and ethically-conscious consumers across Cornwall.

Available in 5kg or 10kg minimum weight boxes, Wilder Beef boxes contain a mixture of prime and regular cuts including a selection of roasting joints, frying steak (rump, sirloin or fillet), braising and stewing steak and mince.

Orders placed now will be delivered in early November 2020.

To gauge demand we are asking all those who wish to order later this year to pay a £10 deposit. We will then follow up for full payment and confirm your collection time/delivery address nearer the time.
