Open Gardens Assistant Co-ordinator Volunteer
Our aim is to provide a bespoke open garden programme to our supporters, leaving them with a personal, positive experience which relates in long term support for the Trust.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly volunteer to assist with the co-ordination of our open garden programme working with the open garden co-ordinator.
• Helping research potential new gardens to open
• Contacting new volunteers
• Liaising with open garden volunteers
• Creating material for each individual garden opening
• Shop order fulfilment
• General cross team administration
Ideally, we are looking for a volunteer to help on Wednesdays. Hours are flexible, by agreement.

Experience and Skills Needed
- Good Microsoft Office skills are essential.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and professional attitude
- Well organized
- Methodical and accurate
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Well-developed IT skills with a working knowledge and understanding of MS Office packages such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- The ability to work in line with CWT’s health and safety policy
- Willingness to learn
This role is part time, one day a week, 9am to 4pm. Preferably on a Wednesday with the opportunity to help at Open Gardens.
