The team loved it! – It’s always great to spend time engaging with colleagues outside of work, and to work on a task aligned with our sustainability objectives made it even better.

From a site perspective we have definitely seen an uptick in engagement and not just amongst those that attended… word soon spread about the good work that was done and the good time that was had by all. From a wider perspective it has also had an impact as the story of our work was shared as a purposeful way of building employee engagement.

So a big thank you from me and all who attended, for getting us through it safely and helping us build stronger working relationships. Very worthwhile, on many fronts.
