About the event
Grasses can be tricky to identify, so we’re putting on a free-to-attend workshop aimed at helping people to do just that.
We’ll start at 10am (please be there a bit early so we start on time) with a learning session indoors, looking at key features that can help us to identify different grass species. After lunch (not provided) we will head out to the dunes nearby, to put our learning into practise.
Led by environmental educators Budding Nature, this workshop will aim to help those looking to improve their wildlife identification skills.
Please bring: weather-appropriate outdoor clothing, food and drink, notebook, plant identification guides (if you have them) hand lens (if you have one).
